   Presented by: Jane Mitchell, FRSA

What does it mean to have a values-based culture and how can communicators use your influence and skills to help your organizations embed values into ‘the way we do things around here’?
High profile cases of organizations that haven’t cared enough about whether words translate into actions and culture are legendary; FIFA, Enron, NFU, WalMart, Tyco - the list is never-ending. These, and other organizations shape, write and publish apparently heartfelt values and believe that is job done. Clearly it isn’t enough.

So what can we do as communicators, how can and should we be at the heart of making values live and breathe in our organizations, and why does it matter?

Jane Mitchell, FRSA is an award-winning communicator, based in London, UK, with a passion for connecting dots and an inveterate seeker of the good in every organization. Her background in broadcast television led to building internal communications and employee engagement strategies with many public and global private sector organizations. She now works at all levels of organizations helping them to understand and embed values-based cultures.
